What you will do :
* Technical support with foresight: You provide remote support to our customers and ensure that their parking systems function reliably – from the city center to the airport.
* Ensuring service quality: You process technical requests according to contractually agreed response times (SLA) and actively contribute to improving our remote resolution time.
* Advising customers: You identify optimization potential and support the introduction of new products and solutions.
* Embrace teamwork: You work closely with 2nd-level support, field service and our partners – and contribute your expertise to installations and upgrades.
* Take responsibility: You will help us increase our service revenues, reduce travel costs and continuously improve processes.
