Enterprise Expansion Account Executive - Switzerland
Dynatrace is looking for an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive to drive sales growth through targeted acquisition and expansion efforts across various industry segments. This role focuses on a “land and expand” approach within enterprise‑grade organizations.
Responsibilities
* Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within regionally focused Enterprise accounts.
* Oversee 7 to 10 existing customer accounts, nurturing relationships and expanding partnerships.
* Engage with 5 to 8 potential customers, converting prospects and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
* Drive new logo customers while expanding Dynatrace usage within existing accounts.
* Consult with VP and C‑level executives to develop and implement an enterprise‑wide strategy that maximizes value and positions Dynatrace relative to competitors.
* Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in‑market events, and account‑specific initiatives.
* Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure broad and effective sales.
* Collaborate with functional teams (sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance) to create solution strategies that meet customer business needs.
* Ensure customers’ implementations are successful.
What Will Help You Succeed
Fluency in French and English; strong organizational and communication skills; proven track record in enterprise software sales; ability to manage complex sales cycles; ability to build and execute business plans and sales plays; familiarity with MEDDPIC and modern application market.
Minimum Requirements
* HS diploma or GED plus at least one year of experience closing enterprise software sales.
Preferred Requirements
* Successful track record in enterprise software sales across multiple business functions at executive level.
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and compressing decision cycles.
* Outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Experience building and executing diverse territory plans and leveraging a sales ecosystem.
* Proven experience acquiring new business.
* Ability to thrive in high‑velocity situations with a sense of urgency.
* Motivated self‑starter with consistent high performance against quota, driven by VP‑ and C‑level relationships.
* Experience executing business plans and sales plays.
* Collaboration skills for co‑selling internally across supporting resources.
* Fluency in German (preferred).
