The Finance Process & Systems Project Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing finance processes and finance IT systems across the company in Switzerland. The role is on the Swiss territory and requires some travelling in Switzerland.
Role based in Fribourg.
Responsibilities
* Lead finance process projects across core areas including billing, revenue recognition, accounting, FP&A, reporting, and closing processes.
* Design, document, and optimize end-to-end finance processes, ensuring clarity of roles, controls, and system dependencies.
* Drive harmonization and standardization of finance processes across entities and sites.
* Lead and support finance system implementations, rollouts, and enhancements (e.g. Opale ERP, Power BI, finance/billing interfaces).
* Act as the primary finance counterpart to IT for system design, configuration, and prioritization.
* Support the finance process and system integration of newly acquired entities into the group Switzerland's finance landscape.
* Coordinate data migration, system alignment, and finance process transitions during integrations.
* Work closely with Group Finance, Group IT, and local IT to ensure alignment with Group standards and timelines.
* Manage finance project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
* Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Billing, IT, and operational stakeholders.
* Act as the key interface between Finance, IT, Billing, and operations, ensuring that financial processes are efficient, scalable, compliant, and fully supported by appropriate systems and data flows.
Profile / Qualifications
* 6-10 years of experience in Finance, Project Management, Consulting, Operations, or Business/IT interface roles.
* Experience collaborating with IT teams on system improvements, ERP rollouts, interfaces, or data topics.
* Experience with workflows (MTRA/doctors) or billing systems is a strong advantage.
* Experience in integration projects is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to structure complex workstreams.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between group, IT, and financial stakeholders.
* Experience with ERP and systems (Opale, SAP, Dynamics, Mediway, Xplore) is a plus.
* Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving ability.
* Fluent in English. French or German is an asset.
