Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of operational Human Resources and Data Analysis.
Role Overview
* Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee lifetime, and offboarding.
* Act as a trusted assistant to the Head of HR and business partner with senior management and global teams.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss employment regulations and internal minimum control standards.
* Process payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and administer employee benefits.
This role provides long-term development potential to strengthen our Human Resources capabilities and performance on a local and global level.
Data-Driven HR Management
* Maintain and improve data accuracy in the HR system.
* Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting.
* Analyze data from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and internal mobility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Swiss labor law and HR best practices, as well as experience working in a global dynamic environment.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree educated in a field related to Human Resource Management.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
* 10 years of experience in a global dynamic environment.
* Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
* Experience with HR systems and payroll systems.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work independently with high accuracy.
