YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust data and integration solutions
* Automate data integration and build pipelines from diverse sources (databases, REST APIs, etc.)
* Transform data through cleansing, standardisation, and aggregation aligned with governance guidelines
* Define and implement best practices to continuously improve our data landscape
* Develop and maintain our data integration strategy (API-first, streaming)
* Ensure high availability and performance of our data warehouse, data lake, and integration interfaces
* Monitor data pipelines to ensure quality, reliability, and timely data provisioning
* Support application and system integration across business areas
* Create concepts for system integration, interfaces, and middleware
YOUR PROFILE
* Higher education in IT, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
* 3+ years’ experience in data integration and engineering
* Strong expertise using Talend or similar creating replication, ingestion and transformation tasks
* Excellent skills in Azure Synapse
* Extensive experience with relational databases, SQL, data lake/data warehouse concepts and how to work with these
* Experience with AVRO, PARQUET, XML/JSON, REST APIs, and CDC
* Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (business fluent)
* Additional programming skills (Java, Python, R) and Qlik Sense are a plus
* Willingness to travel (max. 5–10%)
