We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Center of Excellence - Process Opt. & Automation team in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
* Partner and collaborate with different teams across the Personal and Corporate (P&C) division to deliver automation solutions within an agile setup.
* Analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions that leverage automation technologies and develop best practices.
* Increase efficiencies by utilizing technology.
* Drive and extend your skills toward cognitive solutions (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing/generation, etc.).
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automation technologies.
Your team
You will be part of the Center of Excellence “Process Optimization & Automation P&C” and member of the “Technical Engineering” team. Our organization is responsible for delivering efficiency increase, higher digitization and developing automation solutions within the P&C division.
Your expertise
* Has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months.
* Has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system.
* Has values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
* Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
* Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
* Has excellent English skills; German is a plus.
* Strong Python development skills.
* Good understanding of machine learning/AI techniques and algorithms with prior experience using Large Language Models (e.g., GPT) is a plus.
* Data‑oriented personality with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data and to explain technology to non‑technical audiences.
