The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry. /p pLocation: Lucerne, Switzerland. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActive acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base. /li liOwnership and development of customer relationships (OEMs Tier 1) as well as handling incoming inquiries. /li liSales funnel management from leads to sales execution. /li liPreparation of standard offers, price negotiations and conclusion of contracts. /li liTechnical analysis of customer specific requirements and preparation of technical proposals with support from the technical team. /li liInvolvement and commercial coordination of product/customer turbo compressor development projects (including analysis of customer specifications, translation into product specifications and requirements, technical decisions, status and budget, product costing). /li liDefinition of product pricing and cost calculations. /li liTechnical product management (datasheets, manuals, support on product specifications). /li liSupport on marketing, communication and tradeshows. /li liSupport on definition of product roadmap and market/customer analyses. /li liServe as support and contact person on various commercial or technical topics for the project team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education, ideally with additional commercial training. /li liPrevious experience in sales for technical products within the industrial or automotive sector. /li liKnowledge in turbo compressors and/or fuel cell systems is a strong plus. /li liExperience in technical project management/development for industrial customers. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, creativity and hands-on mentality. /li liStrong technical understanding and commercial mindset. /li liFluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. /li liWillingness to regularly travel (20-30%) for customer visits and tradeshows. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pA challenging position with a high degree of creative freedom and room for personal development, offered to a communicative, eager to learn and flexible personality. /p pDirect applications are preferred. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
