As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), you'll be the primary contact person for all HR and payroll matters across the local employee experience at SKIDATA Switzerland, contributing your expertise in an international environment. What you will do:
1. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding operational HR and payroll issues at our locations in Adliswil, Kriessern and Sion.
2. You actively contribute your expertise in payroll, social security, tax law and labor law .
3. You independently conduct recruiting processes.
4. You are responsible for the operational implementation of onboarding, offboarding, payroll and time/absence tracking.
5. You create employment contracts and HR documents and maintain our HR systems .
6. You communicate with local authorities and partners – pension fund, social security, tax offices, etc.
7. You coordinate local benefits and ensure their smooth administration.
8. You help shape local HR initiatives - wellbeing events or engagement activities .
9. You are part of the SKIDATA HR Team Central Europe and part of SKIDATA's regional and global HR community, as well as the local HR network of ASSA ABLOY.
10. You will contribute to the group-wide Health & Safety community and drive this topic forward locally together with colleagues.
What you bring:
11. Completed training in HR or comparable qualification professional certificate in HR)
12. Relevant professional experience in a generalist HR role
13. Experience and qualifications in the field of payroll
14. Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor, social security and tax law
15. Strong communication skills in German, French and English – ideally, you feel confident in all three languages.

18. Willingness to travel within Switzerland to our locations in Kriessern and Sion (approx. 10 %)
