Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings
* Support with pre, during, and post-meeting action item follow-up
* Check, submit and track premium invoices; follow-up on payments
* Coordinate vendor creations and adaptions in SAP
* Provide general support as needed
Your Qualifications:
* 5+ years of professional experience in a supporting role, preferably in a similar environment (Industry and/or Insurance)
* Proven excellent organization and planning skills including high attention to detail
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* excellent German language skills, advanced English language skills
