Home care nurse m/f

Mandated by several home care centres in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a

• You hold a HES Nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
• 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland
• You have your own transport - Mandatory
• You have an excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field
• You have nursing and basic technical care skills.
• You possess strong interpersonal and social skills with residents
• Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented

• You provide care at patients' homes to deliver personalised nursing care, taking into account their physical, psychological, sociocultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment.
• You ensure respectful support of patients' autonomy and choices, within a caring, reassuring and calming environment.
• You write a written report after each intervention, detailing precisely the assessment made, the care provided and the decisions taken.
