We are looking for a new team member in the role of Lean Six Sigma Engineer.

Responsibilities
Using the tools of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (VSM, SMED, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, etc.), the key responsibilities of this position include educating, promoting, and mentoring continuous improvement activities. The Lean Six Sigma Engineer aims to optimize any process or operation to minimize or eliminate non‑value‑adding activities.
Background & Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering.
* 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in medical environment and/or metal industry is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma tools, such as VSM, A3 problem solving, DMAIC, and Statistical Process Control.
* Persuasive and assertive communication skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Ready to travel within Switzerland.
Reporting
Reporting to Operations Development Manager.
