What will you do
1. Reporting & analysis: Developing and maintaining recurring commercial and subscription reports (sales, customers, ARR, churn / retention, usage etc.)Performing ad hoc analyses on customers, products, channels, process efficiency to answer business questionsCollaborating with stakeholders to analyse complex findings and translate them into actionable insights
2. Pricing:Supporting pricing exercises (list prices, discounts, subscription packaging, promotions) through data preparation and scenario modelingMonitoring price realization, margin erosion, and subscription plan performanceIdentifying issues and recommend corrective actions with Sales and Finance teams
3. Data projects:Collaborating with IT/Data teams on data models, integrations, BI solutions, and new data sourcesProviding business requirements and validate outputs from a commercial improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics scalability.
What do we expect
4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data, or a related field
5. 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Revenue Analyst role, ideally in a B2B or subscription‑driven environment
6. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with Power Query or similar is a plus
7. Experience with PowerBI and working with data teams or IT on reporting solutions
8. Demonstrated experience in commercial reporting, subscription or recurring‑revenue analysis, and/or pricing analysis
9. Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue, margin, subscription, and pricing drivers
10. Ability to work with complex, cross‑system data (CRM, billing, subscription platform) and partner effectively with IT/Data teams
11. Structured, detail‑oriented working style with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines
12. Excellent communication skills, able to explain analytical insights to commercial and technical stakeholders
13. Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements in reporting, data, and pricing
