Lead campus physical security management

How will you make an impact?HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Campus Physical Security organisation

1. Coordinate activities related to Security at the campus level and maintain security management systems in accordance with the Group Security framework
2. Lead the security third-party provider for the VSG campus remit and ensure a high level of security services on site
3. Create, maintain, and implement consistent and efficient security concept approach for campuses’ operations
4. Create, maintain, and implement consistent and efficient risk assessment approach for campuses’ operations
5. Ensure accurate implementation of Richemont Physical Security standards and controls
6. Conduct risk assessments and set up risk mitigation systems and controls
7. Establish a collaborative and efficient coordination with all entities of the campus
8. Develop, maintain, and review the SLA between the campus and the entities to ensure appropriate and effective coordination

Physical Security incidents and investigation

9. Provide timely and accurate feedbacks on security related incidents/ issues
10. Develop, maintain, and improve an incident response plan
11. Develop, maintain, and improve an emergency response plan
12. Provide active support during a security related incident and during the following recovery period and follow up appropriately
13. Propose corrective action to prevent recurrences and oversees the action plan
14. Investigation for root cause analysis and investigation with identified corrective actions in PS incidents

Compliance

15. Conduct regular physical security self-assessment, audit, and report to ensure compliance with Group and local regulation
16. Ensure compliance with Group Minimum Standards and Risk Assessment approach
17. Ensure appropriate follow up on audit action plan using Group’ tools

Training

18. Ensure proper awareness of security risks and rules for all employees at the campus level
19. Coordinate with internal/ external parties to conduct training to raise security awareness and compliance to standards
20. Ensure staff is adequately trained for their work and adhere to security policies and guidelines by regularly assessing training needs and requirements

Contracted Service Providers

21. Lead the contract related to the security third-party provider for the campus perimeter and ensure it reflects appropriate needs for the sites
22. Assess the quality of the third parties and risk evaluation
23. Work with security vendors to implement and monitor the follow up indicators (KPI’s) and security level agreement (SLA)
24. Contact with local law enforcement
25. Develop & maintain efficient contact with local law enforcement to master the security environment
26. Develop regular communications on the risk level

Reporting & Project management

27. Manage projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
28. Keep track of the security related budget and set up appropriate KPI’s
29. Document and communicate meeting via minutes, PowerPoint, workflow
30. Create visibility by using appropriate tools and create reports as well as security related KPI’s
31. Highlight any risk related to resources, cost and deadline
32. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
33. Manage competing resources and priorities
34. Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Transversality

35. Work closely with the Physical Security Lead of the campus of CGHH and HQ Bellevue to develop site alignment by identifying, developing, maintaining, and updating all possible projects/initiatives (guarding and technology)
36. Share all good practices between sites

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

37. Minimum 5 years’ experience in physical security
38. University degree
39. Ability to analyse data from various sources to identify trends, recommendations, and key insights
40. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt and communicate with different types of audiences, at various hierarchical levels
41. Experience working in large, multi-dimensional environments
42. Fluent in French, additional languages, especially English, are an asset
43. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet
44. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
45. Team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills
46. Autonomous with strong organization skills
47. Diplomacy
48. Accurate / precise
