Job Description
We are looking for a Processes Integration Analyst to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us enhance the traveler’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. Position Overview
Job Title: Processes Integration Analyst
Working model: Hybrid from Switzerland
Team: Tech4 Finance – Process Integration team within the Technology department
Level: Professional
Contract: Permanent
Impact and Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to define and analyze business requirements, acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders (Legal, Tax, Finance, Commercial) and Technology teams (Development, Architecture) to:
Simplify and evolve business processes
Identify strategic information needs
Optimize organizational activity flows
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze orders and processes through database, account, and transaction checks to model current activities
Identify and represent potential solutions
Support development teams in functional design and validate solutions through testing
Assist in issue resolution and decision-making related to Sales and Billing systems
Prepare functional documentation to track analysis and solutions
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields, or relevant work experience
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Ability to define functional requirements and design solutions
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of SQL
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Familiarity with Google Suite tools
