Your missions
* Answer to customers' technical requests and guide them in the configuration and troubleshooting of our machines.
* Diagnose technical problems and propose suitable solutions
* Coordinate customer service interventions with internal teams
* Ensure the administrative follow-up of service interventions
* Prepare and followup customers' special offers and orders, from the initial quotation and technical advice through to installation
* Collaborate with internal teams and international subsidiaries
Your profil
* CFC automation technician or equivalent training ideally complemented by an ES diploma
* Knowledge of electrotechnical and mechanical systems
* Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and electrical schematics
* Excellent command of German and English, with a good knowledge of French
* Autonomy, analytical mindset, rigor and accuracy
* Sense of organization and priorities, stress management, solution-oriented
Your experience
* Desired experience in the machinery and maintenance industry
* Experience in customer service
