We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Developer to participate in the maintenance and evolution of the Group's ERP. You will report to the manager and be responsible for the following key tasks: Analyze the functional needs expressed by the business teams or business analysts; Participate in drafting technical specifications; Propose technical solutions adapted to the D365 architecture; Implement and test the validated solutions, in accordance with Microsoft best practices; Document the developments carried out; Develop and maintain interfaces with other systems; Participate in regression tests following the publisher's version upgrades; Correct anomalies and ensure corrective maintenance; Provide support to ensure that topics are addressed within the validated deadlines for the business teams; Advise on a clear understanding and effective use of the functionalities; Participate in technological monitoring on updates published by the publisher. The main site may be located in the municipality of Boécourt (JU) or the municipality of La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE), with occasional travel to other sites. Profile and skills: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a position where you master the X 365 FO ecosystem: - Development language X - Visual Studio / Azure DevOps - Lifecycle Services (LCS) - Management Framework - SQL Server - D365 data model - Power Apps You are proficient with office tools and incident management tools, and knowledge of the Supply Chain, Finance, and Production modules of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO ERP is a plus. You hold at least a CFC in Development and wish to join a mid-sized group. You can manage stress and are capable of learning. You have a service-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and your rigor enables you to manage/prioritize tasks. You are fluent in French and have a good understanding of English.
