Ph3Job Description /h3pMPS is looking for a Staff Analog Design Engineer to join the Motors Product Line. As a part of the team, you will be focused on analog design with the ability to collaborate on the product’s definition, testability, and end applications robustness. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign analog circuits including but not limited to: Power Stages, LDO’s, Charge Pumps, Bandgaps, Amplifiers, and/or DAC’s, ADC’s, and other precision circuits. /liliDetermine block tradeoffs and topology selection. /liliActively participate in the entire product development cycle, from product definition to product introduction. /liliDetermine design‑for‑test strategies to evaluate block performance. /liliProvide guidance to layout engineers on critical analog implementation aspects, monitor progress of layouts, and close the loop with post‑layout extraction and simulation. /liliWork with a team of engineers to evaluate intended product behavior pre tape‑out and post tape‑out. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliBSEE/MSEE or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering /lili5+ years’ experience with power design techniques /lili10+ years’ experience within analog design /liliHighly motivated individual /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills /liliStrong knowledge of transistor‑level design and low‑power design techniques /liliExperience within BCD process /liliExperience with mixed‑signal design /li /ulpMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
