The name Sécheron Hasler Group is synonymous worldwide with Swiss quality and represents a leading reference for state‑of‑the‑art products supplied to the market. /p pWith more than 1300 employees worldwide, we are where our customers are, supplying approved products in our customers’ countries or markets and providing supply chain and customer services locally. /p h3Requirements /h3 pWe’re currently searching for a bSupplier Quality Assurance Engineer /b, with main functions including: /p ul liTo create, strengthen, and manage suppliers’ partnership with a positive problem‑solving mindset across a large range of manufacturing processes /li liTo pilot NC: lead, execute, and delegate, with a collaborative mindset, and according to QMS processes, and monitor PI and KPI with balanced Quality‑Delivery‑Cost perspective /li liTo analyze, organize and lead Quality Circles with technical expertise on products and manufacturing processes, both at internal and external level /li liTo resolve on gemba, across all suppliers, NC treatment via 8D, 5‑Why (root‑cause), 6M (Ishikawa) methodology and involving ad‑hoc departments like Production‑Engineering, Production, Development, Industrialization, Purchasing, and others if needed /li liTo focus solutions with a cost‑risk‑benefit balanced mindset /li liTo coordinate and hand‑over NC‑internal to QA‑Product team, and other related departments like Strategic Purchasing /li liTo prioritize NC and related Actions to satisfy clients (contractual requirements), especially in securing deliveries (containment actions) /li liTo implement and request implementation to suppliers of NC actions with corresponding evidence (e.g. 8D / audit) /li liTo elevate issues, due to complexity or blocking point in resolution /li liTo follow‑up NC treatment, also helping Customer Support, and drive down NC to closure /li liTo support Development (DEV / Design for Manufacturing) and Engineering Change (ECR) projects to anticipate issues and participate to the Phase Reviews (RD/DEV, Client Projects) via supplier and item homologations /li liTo lead continual improvement projects (CIP) on supplier‑related processes /li liParticipate to the overall effort in Quality and Health Safety /li liTravel 10-30%, mostly in Europe /li liMaster’s degree (MS) in Mechanics, Microtechnics, Electrotechnics, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent /li liDeep and wide knowledge in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and surface treatments is a must /li li10+ years of experience Quality, RD, or Production Engineering with several years facing external suppliers or clients /li liVery fluent in English and French is a must (speaking/reading/writing) /li liExperience in 8D / 5 Why and in a highly regulated industry (e.g. ISO9001/ISO22163) /li liHands‑on problem‑solving attitude with cross‑department approach /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills /li liTeam‑spirit, autonomous with continual improvement / Lean mindset /li /ul pWe have flat hierarchies and direct communication between departments and management levels is encouraged.
