What you’ll do
As a Cloud Architect & Advisor (CAA), you will be responsible for the technical foundation of RISE with SAP engagements. The mandate of the Cloud Architect & Advisor spans the initial sales cycle, the subsequent change request and renewal events for S/4HANA private cloud architecture changes. You’ll advise customer and internal account teams on SAP’s private cloud offerings, assesses the technical feasibility of customer’s requirements and transitions those requirements as the technical landscape design to our delivery teams for system provisioning and delivery to the customer.
What you bring
1. Customer facing mindset
2. High proficiency in customer communication and presentation
3. 5+ years of customer facing experience
4. Expertise of the technical operational aspects of SAP solutions in a cloud environment
5. Good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP)
6. Understanding of data center capabilities like high availability or disaster recovery is a benefit
7. Good understanding of the entire platform stack (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks etc.)
8. Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)
9. SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills are a benefit
10. Cybersecurity & Compliance expertise is an advantage
11. Self-sufficient worker and strong team player
12. Affinity to technical topics, willingness to tackle aspects outside the comfort zone and to continuously learn
13. Fluency in German and English is a must, any other language an asset
