Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of medical recruiters, consultants and senior consultants based in Geneva.
* Collaborate with Process Managers to design, implement, and improve effective processes.
* Ensure the fulfillment of key performance indicators and the seamless flow of operations.
* Monitor performance metrics and ensure that budget and efficiency goals are achieved.
* Act as the main point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain clear communication and structured coordination within the team and with large clients in the medical field.
* Secure smooth operations across multiple verticals and service areas.
* Be ready to step in operationally during extended service hours (06:00‑22:00, Monday to Sunday) when necessary.
* Use your knowledge of healthcare environments to better navigate complexity and address client needs.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in medical recruitment, with a proven track record of talent development and leading high‑performing teams.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Native‑level French (or C2 equivalent) and excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
* Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and continuous process improvement.
* Flexibility and reliability, including willingness to support outside regular hours if needed.
* A background in healthcare (e.g. nursing or related field) is a strong plus.
Contract
Permanent, full‑time work.
