Job Description Summary:
The Customer Service Representative supports the achievement business goals and, in particular, customer satisfaction through effective and efficient execution of the Order -to -Invoice process and returns management.
In this context, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) 50% for our Complaint Management System.
Your responsibilities:
* Professional contact person for customer complaints (hospitals, medical practices, nursing homes, wholesalers, etc.) throughout Switzerland
* Handling of all customer complaints, including prioritization and timely resolution
* Close collaboration with our warehouse for stock counts and corrections
* Follow -up of open complaints until closure (stock counts, creation of credit notes, arranging replacement deliveries, etc.)
* Recording of complaints in Salesforce Case Management
* Inbound & outbound customer calls in German, French, and Italian; reporting of patient safety–related adverse effects and their processing according to procedure
* Preparation of monthly statistics
Requirements
What you bring to the position:
o Commercial education, degree in business administration, or similar qualification
o Excellent knowledge of German, English, and French (spoken and written); Italian is an advantage
o Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector
o Strong IT skills in working with ERP systems (SAP, ;\/b>) and MS Office
o An empathetic and friendly personality with a team focus, able to remain calm in stressful situations, while maintaining focus in fast -changing circumstances or under pressure
