Job Description
Accounting & Financial Reporting
 * Lead and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings (balance sheet, P&L, accruals, etc.)
 * Coordinate and manage the external audit process and relationships with auditors
 * Oversee accounting operations and provide technical guidance to the team
 * Ensure compliance with internal controls and continuously improve financial processes
 * Prepare statutory financial statements and support corporate tax filings
 * Contribute to consolidation processes and group reporting
 * Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements
Team Coordination & Administration
 * Supervise and support a team of accountants
 * Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily accounting tasks
 * Assist in the preparation of banking documentation and payment instructions
 * Collaborate on cross-functional and ad hoc projects
 * Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity
The Successful Applicant
 * Swiss Federal Diploma in Controlling and/or Accounting (CPA, Expertise, Brevet)
 * Previous experience in an external audit firm
 * Experience with consolidation (IFRS)
 * Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
 * Comfortable working in a structured environment with clearly established processes, supportive guidance, and regular managerial oversight.
 * Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills
 * Valid work authorisation for Switzerland
