Overview
Title: Regional Product Marketing Manager EMEA, Carotenoids
Location: Switzerland or Home based in EU-27 country
The salary for this position is competitive and aligned with market standards. Given that the role can be in various countries within Europe, the specific salary details will be discussed during the interview with the recruiter.
Responsibilities
Understand regional segment markets, customer needs, and business drivers.
Co-develop the regional product segment strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
Align with local sales teams on priorities, activation plans, and key customer engagements to support business development.
Drive product marketing and business development activities, ensuring high-quality CRM input and pipeline conversion.
Monitor and coordinate product innovation, line extensions, and regional initiatives (e.g., Fees & Grants, trials).
Deliver technical marketing support (benchmarking, launch materials, solution concepts) to enable regional experts and differentiated customer solutions.
Qualifications
A master’s degree in animal nutrition and health field
Strong technical background in Animal Nutrition and Health
Business background and strong interest in business development and at least 2 years of technical marketing experience.
Familiarity with marketing concepts, tools, and practices in a technical, solution selling environment and project management
Translate technical needs, opportunities, and facts into business language.
Identify commercial opportunities and interact with key accounts in a highly consultative, solution sales approach.
Deep interest in interacting with scientific levels and establishing external profile as an industry
