Tasks
We are seeking a B2B Software Sales Professional to assist in our expansion in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and driven sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise software and a passion for transforming business mobility.
* Execute sales strategies for our enterprise mobility solutions in the DACH region
* Arrange and execute meetings and presentations for potential customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at medium to large enterprises
* Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for potential clients
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
* Negotiate and close complex enterprise software contracts
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
* Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills
* Minimum 3–5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in enterprise mobility or cybersecurity
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscape and digital transformation trends
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in SaaS, mobile technology, cybersecurity or enterprise software sales
* Knowledge of enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions
* Strong network in the DACH government and business ecosystem
