Your Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including global infrastructure management, operations excellence, and leading international teams. Extensive experience in global IT infrastructure strategy and operations management Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid IT environments Solid understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks Proven ability in vendor and partner management In-depth expertise in IT service management (ITIL, SLA frameworks) Fluent in English (German is an advantage). Strong strategic leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and change management skills. Exceptional decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
