As a Airfoil RTS Specialist, you will:
* Perform, verify and assure the documentation, modification and correctness for engine piece parts and modules, ensure the requested standards are met, the technical Onlog, service bulletin and material effectivity in SAP is accurate, and the operating program is achieved in an efficient and safe manner.
Your tasks
* Release of piece parts and modules for assembly (CFM-56, LEAP, GTF, PW-4000).
* Certification of piece parts and modules.
* Quality inspection of engine parts and quantity check.
* Quality inspection of shop order completeness and modifications for engine piece parts and modules.
* Check the SAP Onlog structure of completeness.
* Check installation sheets of data correctness.
* Verify executed modifications to individual parts and components.
* Technical and administrative completion of assigned tasks according to the relevant guidelines.
* On-time completion of tasks as well as assurance of quality of completed work.
* Use of the concepts of Lean and Six Sigma (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to ensure continuous improvement.
Your Profile
* Apprenticeship as technician or equivalent is required.
* A license for certification personnel should be available or training should be in progress (“E1” license).
* Self-discipline, self-responsibility, good communication abilities, and a readiness for teamwork are important.
* Professional experience with a significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service, with at least 3 years of experience in quality-driven industry, desirably in the MRO industry.
* Quality and safety-driven mindset.
* Ability to work in a 2-shift system.
* Ability to work precisely, accurately, and independently.
* C1 level of German, B2 level of English required.
