Commercial Legal Counsel (f/m/d) In-House

Hexagon Robotics is a division of Hexagon – a global leader in precision measurement. The division develops humanoid robots for industrial sectors to address labor shortages and accelerate the transition from automation to autonomy. Our first humanoid, AEON, was launched in June 2025 and is already in pilots with five customers.
As a member of our Legal Department, you will play a key role in supporting the business on a wide range of commercial and contractual legal matters. You will work closely with our General Counsel Robotics, with internal stakeholders across the organization as well as external partners.
Your Mission
* Provide legal support across all contract-related matters, including:
* Commercial contracts and framework agreements
* Procurement agreements
* Research & Development and collaboration agreements
* Non-Disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding etc.
* Lead and support negotiations with business partners and suppliers
* Support the General Counsel in preparing leadership meetings and strategic discussions
* Draft, review, negotiate, and continuously improve contracts, terms & conditions, and standard templates
* Contribute to intellectual property-related topics in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
* Prepare materials and presentations for Board and executive-level meetings
* Design and deliver internal training sessions for business stakeholders on key legal topics
Your Skillset
* Law degree (Swiss Master of Law)
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (in-house or law firm experience preferred)
* Admission to the bar is not required, but a plus
* Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
* Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
* Ability to translate legal complexity into clear, practical business advice
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under time pressure
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
