Senior CQV Validation Professional
A leading consulting firm seeks an experienced CQV Practice Lead to oversee the delivery of high-impact projects in GMP environments. As a seasoned expert, you will lead and deliver complex validation projects, analyze client requirements, and develop tailored project plans and timelines. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will drive innovation, support business development, and mentor teams in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for:
* Leading and delivering high-impact CQV projects in GMP environments.
* Analyzing RFPs and client requirements to define scope, break down workload, and estimate effort & resource needs.
* Performing risk assessments and contingency planning, building cost models, and shaping competitive pricing strategies.
* Acting as a senior expert and trusted advisor for clients during audits, qualification strategies, and regulatory interactions.
* Responding to RFPs, sizing the project, defining technical approaches, and building innovative proposals in collaboration with sales teams.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or equivalent, with 10+ years of experience in CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation). They will possess a solid track record in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with proven experience as a CQV Lead, Manager, or Project Manager. Strong technical foundations in CQV processes, risk-based validation, and regulatory compliance are essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, a business-oriented mindset, and client-centric approach are required. Fluency in English, professional French and/or German is necessary.
