Responsibilities
* Manage and engage stakeholders, including senior leadership
* Oversee the operational execution of the different implementation streams
* Monitor overall progress and provide regular reporting on the program status
* Collaborate closely with other program managers, project managers, and delivery teams
* Identify interdependencies and anticipate integration-related risks
* Ensure alignment between program activities and strategic objectives
* Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
* Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of outputs
Qualifications
* Higher education degree, ideally at Master’s level or equivalent
* Proven track record in program or project management with successful deliveries
* Ability to quickly grasp complex environments and topics
* Strong balance between strategic vision and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across both technical and business teams
* High resilience and ability to perform under pressure
* Experience with telephony or contact center solutions is a plus
* Fluency in French and English
