At Archroma we foster diversity, equity and inclusion for everyone, whatever their gender, nationality, age, educational level, etc. Our different backgrounds and talents enrich our perspective and help us create a performance-driven and collaborative culture, based on its AACC pillars: 1) Achieve and exceed; 2) Adapt and innovate; 3) Center on customer; and 4) Collaborate and embrace diversity. /p pWe touch and color people’s lives every day, everywhere. /p h3Your role /h3 pWithin our Packaging Technologies organization we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the position of /p pThis is a permanent and full-time position. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLeads and continuously refines the global segment strategy, setting growth ambitions, priorities, and target areas (markets, applications, customers), while defining how to compete globally and guiding multi-year roadmaps aligned with market trends, sustainability, and portfolio evolution. /li liActs as the global expert on the segment, analyzing market dynamics, customer structures, and key trends (regulatory, sustainability, technology), consolidating regional insights into a unified global view, and proactively identifying opportunities and structural shifts to drive strategic actions. /li liPartners with global marketing leadership to define and govern the segment’s value proposition and positioning, ensuring clear competitive differentiation, consistent global messaging with regional flexibility, and strong narratives for internal and external stakeholders. /li liCollaborates with product management and innovation teams to shape technology roadmaps, guide portfolio lifecycle decisions, and translate segment needs into clear requirements for product development. /li liDefines global go-to-market frameworks, including channels and sales approaches, supports product launches, equips regions with tools and playbooks, and serves as an escalation point for complex global customer or segment issues. /li liDefines and monitors global segment KPIs, leads performance reviews with regional and business leaders, identifies gaps and drives corrective actions, while supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and portfolio management. /li liInfluences senior stakeholders across key functions, represents the segment in strategic and executive forums, and acts as the single voice of the segment, ensuring its needs are effectively communicated and addressed. /li liProvides regional marketing support for Packaging Technologies, coordinating with the Global Marketing Director and acting as a local lead for events and marketing initiatives across markets. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in the Tapes Labels market, specialty chemicals or packaging industries serving this segment. /li liFluency in English (mandatory) /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liProven experience in global segment management or strategic/commercial roles. /li liStrong leadership in matrixed global environments. /li liAbility to analyze markets and translate insights into growth opportunities. /li liStrategic mindset with focus on actionable solutions and execution. /li liStrong commercial and financial acumen. /li liExperience in value-based selling, portfolio strategy, and innovation governance. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder influence at executive level. /li liWillingness to travel up to 35% internationally. /li /ul h3Others /h3 ul liPosition based in Switzerland (Pratteln) or in Spain (El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona) /li liWork permit is requested /li /ul h3Your Application /h3 pIf your background and personal experience fits this profile, please send us your complete application via LinkedIn /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
