Position Responsibilities:
1. Together with the Compliance functions Program and/or Testing leads, design testing methodologies, data requirements, forensic testing, and surveillance use cases, if applicable.
2. Perform hot or cold review on testing activities per program to ensure compliance with documented procedures;
3. Perform high priority testing assignments
4. Ensure all compliance test plans, schedules, ratings, conclusions, evidence, and other supporting documents are recorded in Archer.
5. Report status, issues, and CAPs on a regular basis to Segment Compliance Executives and Global Compliance Testing Lead.
6. Seek opportunities to improve testing efficiency, analytics, and controls related to Compliance testing at the Segment level.
7. Provide expertise and guidance on testing methodologies and processes.
8. Ensure testing methodologies applied in the ICS Testing COE are aligned with global testing guidelines and other segments, while taking into consideration different requirements for markets within the Segment.
9. Collaborate with Testing Managers and the Audit Team during key risk audit engagements to mitigate risks effectively.
10. Represent ICS and Asia Segment in the Global Testing Committee.
Required Qualifications:
11. 2-4 years of experience in internal/external audit or regulatory compliance, along with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Overall AML, Privacy, or Distribution.
12. 1-2 yrs. leadership experience
13. Familiarity with compliance documentation database/tools
14. College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Education, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
15. SME expertise; exhibited investment in compliance career (e.g., LOMA certification, FINRA registration, CIA, CAMS or CISA).
16. Moderate to advanced training in MS Excel including using formulas, macros and report formatting is strongly preferred.
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
18. Strong technology skills including knowledge of applicable compliance or business systems.
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
20. Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills.
21. Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in which the Company operates and a strong understanding of key compliance requirements applicable to the business.
