Post Description

Under the supervision of the chef, sous-chefs, and station chefs, you will be responsible for various kitchen tasks. As a Demi-chef de Partie, you are an ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele. Your daily missions include:

* Receiving goods, checking weights and freshness
* Organizing supplies, stock rotation (PEPS)
* Preliminary preparation of premium products
* Cooking and seasoning various dishes
* Preparing sauces
* Executing basic recipes
* Preparing mise en place
* Plating dishes according to technical sheets
* Monitoring the work of your commis throughout the day
* Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
* Training new team members

Candidate Profile

* Experience: You hold a culinary diploma or equivalent from a hotel school and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a starred restaurant or 5-star Palace hotel.
* Personality: Knowledge of gastronomic culture, rigor, dynamism, and a good team spirit are essential qualities for this position.
* Languages: Must speak, read, and write French fluently.
* Availability: Immediately available
