* Support general accounting and bookkeeping activities
* Manage the accounts receivable cycle (invoicing, customer accounts, VAT rates)
* Coordinate with external providers for accounts payable and treasury activities
* Assist with VAT settlements, VAT returns, and tax‑related documentation
* Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors
* Help prepare financial data for year‑end closing (final statements handled by external Swiss accountants)
* Work daily with the ERP system to ensure accuracy of financial data
* Issue customer invoices
* Assist with trade/export documentation (certifications, EUR1 forms) when required
* Prepare reports and documentation related to insurance matters
Title of Study / Required Technical Skills
* Degree in economics or similar field
Hard Skills
* Knowledge of Swiss accounting principles
* Familiarity with modern administrative practices, procedures, and equipment
* Familiarity with fiscal and budgetary practices, purchasing, and office management
* Mandatory knowledge of English and German
* SAP experience is a plus
