Our client is a leading flexible packaging producer based in Zug.On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Director - Packaging to lead their expansion. This is a senior-level role that requires a strong leader with a hands-on approach, capable of managing remote sales teams, setting strategic direction, and driving growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead the sales team (10+ FTEs), ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand market presence and increase revenue.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing remote sales team across multiple countries.Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate high-value deals.Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive long-term growth.Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.Willingness to travel frequently to engage with clients, teams, and key stakeholders.Key Requirements10+ years of experience in sales in the packaging industry.
