Overview
Tegra Medical, in Franklin, is looking to fill the Project Manager/in position. The project manager is principally responsible for leading internal & external communication between all stakeholders such as the customer, commercial teams, operations and manufacturing engineering teams. The ideal person implements quality and productivity improvements to provide continuous improvement and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will be accountable for overall on time project implementation by coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver manufacturing solutions for medical device production.
Responsibilities
Lead internal and external communications between stakeholders (customer, commercial teams, operations, and manufacturing engineering teams). Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing solutions for medical device production and ensure on-time project implementation. Implement quality and productivity improvements to provide continuous improvement and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Automotive, Medical, Aerospace or similar)
* Experience leading multiple device design and manufacturing projects
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
* Able to adapt quickly and learn new skills
* Experience with Microsoft Project preferred
