What We're Looking For:
We're hiring experienced desk-side support technicians based in Schwanden/Mitlodi, Switzerland, for project-based support at our customers' offices. Ideal candidates are reliable, local, and ready to jump in with a flexible, on-demand schedule.
Schedule:
The project will be scheduled for 1-3 days to migrate from old Palo Alto equipment to upgraded devices. Thereafter, adhoc support if any follow ups are needed.
Payment:
OurSupport offers flexible hourly/daily rates, based on the candidate's experience, to be paid in EUR.
Requirements:
* Legally living in Switzerland
* 2+ years of hands-on Networking experience
* Experience with Palo Alto
* Currently freelancing or working a flexible schedule
* Strong professionalism, communication, and on-site troubleshooting skills
