As a Construction Bench Worker / Welder, you are the key to creating robust and accurate structures that play a vital role in the world of theater technology. You will work on unique mechanical systems for theaters and musical productions worldwide, welding and assembling steel and aluminum structures—from sturdy frames to moving stage elements such as elevators, turntables and automated sets. You work closely with engineers and fitters to turn ideas into functional installations.

We have collaborated on major productions such as “Stranger Things”, “Frozen”, “Harry Potter”, “Back to the Future”, “Phantom of the Opera”, “The Lion King”, “Soldier of Orange”, and many others. Your Profile
* Completed education in construction, benchwork, metalworking or related field.
* Experience with MIG/MAG (TIG welding is a plus) and ability to read technical drawings.
* Dexterity with a range of metalworking machines and tools.
* Accurate, independent and solution‑oriented attitude.
* A true builder who takes pride in high‑quality constructions.
