What You'll Do
* Lead HR strategies and processes across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy
* Partner with managers on staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding
* Run end-to-end hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines
* Support ongoing performance management and act as a trusted advisor to leaders
* Design and coordinate learning and development programmes and track their effectiveness
* Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and data accuracy
* Manage compensation and benefits using market benchmarks
* Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adapt global HR policies to country requirements
What You Bring
* Master's degree in HR, Economics, or related field, plus 8+ years of HR generalist experience
* Experience in international environments with both operational and strategic HR tasks
* Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law; experience with other European markets is a plus
* Willingness to travel between sites in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy
* Proficiency with modern HR systems and data-driven decision-making
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to work hands-on, manage multiple priorities, and build trust across teams
