Physical Security Manager
CONTEXT
The Physical Security Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing security management systems at two sites (Bellevue and Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie - CGHH), including all security processes and actions. This role oversees all physical security activities at these sites, establishing an effective organization for response and analysis. The manager identifies, evaluates, and implements security measures to mitigate risks affecting employees, resources, and assets. They will advise and collaborate with various entities and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Richemont's security policies, directives, and standards.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Organisation
* Coordinate security activities and maintain security management systems in line with Group Security framework.
* Manage and organize security operations at the sites.
* Lead security third-party providers to ensure high service levels.
* Develop and implement consistent security concepts and risk assessment approaches.
* Ensure adherence to Richemont Physical Security directives and standards.
* Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation controls.
* Coordinate effectively with all site entities and maintain SLA agreements.
* Manage the security budget and report regularly to campus directors.
Physical Security Incidents and Investigation
* Provide feedback on security incidents and issues.
* Develop and improve incident and emergency response plans.
* Support during security incidents and recovery phases, following up on corrective actions.
* Conduct root cause analysis and investigations into security incidents.
Compliance
* Perform regular security audits and self-assessments to ensure compliance.
* Follow up on audit action plans using Group tools.
Training
* Raise security awareness among employees.
* Coordinate training with internal and external parties.
* Assess training needs and ensure staff compliance with security policies.
Contracted Service Providers
* Manage security vendor contracts and evaluate their performance.
* Implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
Contact with Local Law Enforcement
* Maintain effective relationships with law enforcement agencies.
* Share regular updates on security risks.
Reporting & Project Management
* Manage security projects, develop plans, and monitor performance.
* Track budgets and develop KPIs.
* Document activities and generate reports.
* Collaborate with the Villars-sur-Glâne campus security manager for site alignment.
“ORIONS” Project: Transversal Security Technology Projects
* Lead the projects as the global project manager.
* Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
Events Management
* Lead physical security for major events, including risk analysis and operational management.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in physical security.
* University degree.
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in large, complex environments.
* Fluent in French; English skills are an asset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
* Leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Autonomous with excellent organizational skills.
