Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Help maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely posting of content.
Monitor social media trends, track audience engagement, and report on performance.
Assist with creating visuals, copy, and video content for social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy.
Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
Assist in managing influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
Support in brainstorming new content ideas and strategies to increase engagement.
Stay up to date with changes in social media algorithms and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong written communication skills and creativity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
