As part of our ongoing effort to anticipate future executive and transformation opportunities in Switzerland, FIT IN NETWORK is expanding its certified executive network in preparation for mandates expected to start in the coming months.
We are particularly interested in connecting with a General Manager experienced in supporting organizations at key moments of strategic evolution and building a qualified pipeline of Operational leaders for upcoming mandates.
Location Basel, Switzerland
Main responsibilities Lead all business operations at the headquarters and across the company’s scope.
Ensure effective management of teams, processes, and performance KPIs.
Oversee commercial strategy execution and client relationship management.
Drive operational improvements and reinforce service excellence across business units.
Manage P&L responsibility and ensure delivery of financial targets.
Support the company’s digital transformation and innovation roadmap.
Act as the key liaison for external stakeholders, including clients and strategic partners.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Your key skills & profile Profile
Senior executive with minimum 15 years of experience in the Industrial Sector / B2B services.
Proven track record as General Manager, Managing Director, or Business Unit Director.
Background in managing international teams and complex organizations.
Experience in transformation, scaling operations, and customer-oriented strategies.
Your key skills & profile
Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Pragmatic, adaptable, and results-driven.
Comfortable in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
