We are looking for a motivated team player and multilingual International Account Manager with Experience in ICT and Managed Print Services.

What you will be doing

* Lead and manage the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on developing and expanding existing accounts (primarily in French-speaking Switzerland, but not limited to), including effective internal coordination.
* Engage, align, and coordinate internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts at both global and local levels.
* Support and execute business development initiatives and global/local account development strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations, including senior decision-makers.
* Identify customer priorities and contribute to long-term strategic account roadmaps.
* Develop and manage new international accounts.
* Build strong cross-border relationships and deliver innovative solutions.
* Leverage the full Ricoh portfolio to deliver value-added solutions for assigned accounts and their affiliates (within Switzerland and internationally).
* Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across business lines within your accounts.
* Lead regular client and internal review meetings to assess performance and ensure continuous improvement.
* Monitor forecasts and budgets, managing priorities independently and proactively.


You will ideally have

* Native or near-native proficiency in French and English; German is an advantage.
* 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within an international environment.
* Demonstrated experience in building and managing long-term customer relationships.
* Exposure to international or multi-market accounts is an asset.
* Strong interest in consultative selling, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
* Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
* Proactive and reliable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
