A career in our Advisory People and Organisation (P&O) team offers the opportunity to help clients reset their talent strategies and achieve extraordinary business results through their people. Our Technology Adoption team within P&O supports clients through transformation journeys enabled by technology, either for specific functions or enterprise-wide.
This role requires willingness to travel to international client locations if necessary, but also offers the flexibility to remain at your base location when travel is not required.
Your Impact
• Lead innovative client projects in Change Management, Communications, and Training for Financial Services clients.
• Advise on and deliver technology-enabled transformation programmes, focusing on the people side of change using state-of-the-art methods and tools to support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Develop, design, and implement change management activities that align leaders, support clients in understanding change, drive business buy-in, and ensure the right skills are available at the right time.
• Guide clients in leveraging their people to foster sustainable transformations.
• Collaborate closely with technology and functional leads to understand impacts on business streams, processes, and people; develop approaches to monitor change and plan deployments carefully.
• Partner with colleagues in Financial Services and Technology to work on large, complex transformation programs.
• Conduct client presentations, workshops, and lead pricing and negotiations.
• Drive the acquisition of new projects and clients, contributing to various phases of the sales lifecycle, including client relationship management and business development.
• Manage relationships with key client personnel, including C-suite executives, and understand organizational culture.
• Contribute to the development of the team and expansion of service offerings, showing initiative and leadership.
• Work within an inspiring, international team, receiving regular feedback and access to top-tier training.
• Develop employees through coaching during client delivery and support their professional and career growth.
• Play an active role in expanding and leading a top-tier People & Organisation consulting team in a dynamic international environment.
Your Skill Set
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in business transformation and change management consulting, including project management.
• In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services industry and proficiency with relevant technologies (e.g., Guidewire, SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Avaloq, Temenos, Finnova) and policies (e.g., IFRS 17).
• Ability to manage project topics independently and proactively lead business development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, innovative thinking, and experience with agile practices such as design thinking, data-driven practices, rapid prototyping, SAFe, Scrum, etc.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, expanding your industry and functional expertise.
• Fluent in English; German is highly advantageous; additional languages (e.g., French) are welcome.
• Experienced in people leadership to achieve project and team objectives.
