PpWe are seeking a highly experienced IT Governance / Enterprise Architect to support a major transformation initiative. The role focuses on designing and implementing a modern governance framework for a large-scale IT organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance requirements, and digital transformation goals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development of a COBIT-compliant governance model for enterprise IT. /li liConduct analysis of current strategies, processes, and organizational structures. /li liDefine and clarify roles, responsibilities, and processes across stakeholders. /li liEstablish KPIs, steering mechanisms, and compliance monitoring systems (data protection, information security, IT standards). /li liDevelop a roadmap including measures, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs. /li liPrepare and deliver key documentation and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. /li liProvide strategic guidance on digital transformation, cloud adoption, and IT modernization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in IT governance and enterprise architecture, with strong knowledge of COBIT 2019. /li liDemonstrated success in strategy development and governance for IT service providers. /li liExtensive experience in public administration or large-scale organizational environments. /li liStrong background in digitalization and cloud technologies. /li liAbility to manage complex stakeholder environments and align governance with overarching strategic goals. /li liExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. /li /ul h3Methodologies Standards /h3 ul liMandatory: COBIT 2019. /li liOptional/advantageous: TOGAF, ITIL, HERMES, ISO 27001. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
