In this challenging role, your focus will be on business and project controlling for our Swiss Real Estate unit, combined with support in different real estate initiatives. You will be concentrating on providing our Regional Real Estate Manager with financial support and guidance. How you’ll make an impact
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers to identify challenges and deliver effective solutions
Support the Regional Real Estate Manager across all functional areas
Contribute to special initiatives such as IFM contract management, IFRS setup, policy implementation, and portfolio data reviews
Manage cost center controlling: support cost center owners, monitor cost trends, analyze structures, and recommend cost-saving actions
Ensure transparent and reliable financial reporting in line with internal guidelines and IFRS standards
Oversee project controlling, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability across real estate projects
Your background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related Finance field
Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or substantial internship experience in the field
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Solid knowledge of SAP (RE-FX, SD, CO, PS modules)
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); Italian or Spanish is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
