(Junior) Business Process & Project Manager (d/f/m)
In this role, you will design, analyse and optimise business processes and manage cross-departmental projects in a dynamic fashion environment.
You will work closely with the specialist departments and IT to ensure that processes are implemented efficiently, comprehensively and sustainably – regardless of whether they involve organisational, procedural or system-related changes.
Analysis and optimisation of existing business processes with a focus on efficiency, quality and automation potential
Management and control of business, digitalisation and transformation projects, including process harmonisation and system implementations (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
Creation, maintenance and further development of process documentation, guidelines and work instructions
Close cooperation with specialist departments and IT in recording requirements and developing viable solution concepts
Planning, coordination and tracking of projects, including schedule, budget and resource management
Identification of potential for improvement and optimisation, as well as active support for change management measures
Communication with stakeholders at all levels, as well as structured preparation and presentation of results
Required experience and skills:
Completed degree in business, organizational, or technical field
Initial to several years of professional experience in process management, project management or a comparable interface function
Good understanding of business processes and entrepreneurial contexts
Structured, analytical approach to work and the ability to drive issues forward independently
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
Experience in working with systems and digital solutions is an advantage, but not essential
Very good knowledge of German and English
