DIRECTOR/DIRECTOR SWITZERLAND Objectives: Manage the development and human, financial, and store performance in Switzerland. Be the guarantor of service excellence and provided services for the entire structure. Support and develop the teams of the House so that everyone gives their best and the best for our clients. Missions & activities: Daily activities // Manage all concepts of the boutiques and establishments within the scope by ensuring a perfect implementation of excellence standards. Be the guarantor of quality and site maintenance, in compliance with internal procedures. Ensure compliance with legal regulations (Social, Finance, Hygiene, HACCP) & financial and internal procedures. Oversee the various audits: hygiene, quality, safety, internal audits… Ensure that action plans are implemented & control all necessary measures for the safety of clients and those concerning suppliers that fall under their responsibility. Ensure proper resolution of customer disputes. Work closely with all departments at headquarters: marketing, customer service, CDG, accounting, HR… Provide support to sales teams in case of implementing the directions (range, concept, new products…). Follow-up on logistics and pastry production: team, KPIs, planning… Commercial & client management Drive sales, seek opportunities, and promote the image, concept, and products of Ladurée internally and externally to VIP clients. Intervene if necessary in case of disputes and ensure that customer comments on the internet are addressed. Lead the development of clientele and local prospecting: prospecting, searching & closing of deals with local businesses and establishments, as well as event follow-up… Financial Management Increase commercial activity, optimize financial management, and develop establishment growth. Analyze KPIs and implement suitable action plans to ensure their consistency. Maximize revenue and improve margins. Master & optimize operating costs (FP, FI, consumption) and raise awareness among the performance & management metrics (revenue, average ticket, number of tickets, number of covers). Lead meetings with General Management. Management & Supervision Animate and follow-up on work. Support the manager in their tasks. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and proper team conduct. Be the guarantor of recruitment needs management and collaborate with the HR Manager. Participate in recruitment and development of teams. Guarantee close support and constructive, regular feedback to their team. Follow teams daily. Communicate, share, and transmit upward, downward, and cross-functional information clearly and regularly. Contribute to team cohesion and manage conflicts. Handle and follow up on personnel matters with the Human Resources Department: annual and professional interviews, planning, monitoring counters, disciplinary files, etc. Ensure compliance with current social regulations in connection with the HR Manager. Experience and skills Confirmed experience of at least 7 years in a similar position: retail/luxury/high-end Mastery of retail Mastery of luxury codes Mastery of economic and financial aspects (revenue account, margins, personnel costs, quality, HACCP…) Mastery of Pack Office Management of BtoB, BtoC clientele Experience in delivering a true customer experience Fluent English (minimum required) Personal Qualities Excellent leadership skills: ability to unite, stimulate, motivate, and lead a team with respect and cohesion Detail-oriented field person Good listening skills, dialogue, and resource management with efficiency Persistence and autonomy Ability to anticipate and identify risks Positive, accessible, determined, and assertive personality Good advisor and proposal strength Ability to find solutions Ability to take a step back and gain perspective Versatility Authenticity Resilience to pressure jide973671aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
