Ph3Head of Digital Strategy, Excellence Standards /h3 pGlobal Digital Data Analytics /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liShape and drive the strategic agenda of the Global Data, Digital AI organization within Pharma Commercial. /li liLead development of the GDDA strategic plan, ensuring strategic coherence with GDDA’s core mandates and translating enterprise and Pharma Commercial priorities into clear GDDA objectives, outcomes, and prioritization principles. /li liDrive the design of GDDA’s operating model and organizational approach, including definition of global vs. local standards and operating discipline for digital products, data, and technology. /li liOwn change enablement across the digital ecosystem, ensuring new standards, processes, and capabilities are adopted through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness. /li liPartner closely with leaders across Roche Pharma to align initiatives and avoid duplication across the broader digital ecosystem. /li liAct as Chief of Staff to the GDDA Leader, representing GDDA perspectives in leadership forums, developing executive narratives, and ensuring cross‑functional alignment. /li liBuild and lead a team responsible for delivering and scaling GDDA mandates. /li liLead change enablement strategies for GDDA-wide initiatives, overseeing knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. /li liDesign and lead the development of executive‑level strategic narratives and coordinate stakeholder engagements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li15+ years in strategy, management consulting, or digital/data leadership roles within pharma, life sciences, or large‑scale tech organizations. /li li8+ years of leading, coaching, or mentoring talent. /li liProduct or digital background with credible experience on digital product strategy, data platforms, and/or AI/ML. /li liExperience operating as a senior strategic partner to C‑suite or SVP level. /li liStrong executive communication skills, able to synthesize ambiguity into clear strategic narratives. /li liExperience with organizational design, operating model evaluation, or enterprise transformation initiatives. /li liExperience leading organizational change, enablement, or transformation programs, including stakeholder communications and adoption planning. /li liComfort navigating political complexity and stakeholder dynamics across multiple business units and geographies. /li /ul h3Additional Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or equivalent experience in a strategy or operating-model design context. /li liPrior experience in a data/digital‑organization strategy role at a pharma or large‑scale tech company. /li /ul h3Location Travel /h3 ul liPreferred location: Basel; secondary location: South San Francisco. /li liHigh flexibility and frequent international business travel required. /li /ul pRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
