We are currently recruiting a Digital Sales Project Coordinator based in Le Locle.
Job description
As a member of the International Sales Department, you will be required to assist in deploying our ongoing projects related to digital solutions for sales operations, especially in cooperation with our worldwide affiliates and distributors.
In this role you will be assigned to specific Mobile Applications and Websites amongst team portfolio, and you will be responsible for ensuring their continuous use and enhancement.
Your main responsibilities will be as follow:
Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, budget and schedule
Regularly report projects progress and be able to identify risks and propose solutions
Monitor the deployment and efficient use of the digital solutions
Maintain the technical and functional documentation of your applications
Provide L1/L2 support to our worldwide users and, when necessary, coordinate with L3
Responsible for trainings, demonstrations and new users onboarding
Profile
1. Degree in business studies and/or familiarity with sales area
2. Five years of experience in an international sales environment
3. Ease with computer software for a variety of tasks.
4. Competency in Microsoft Office applications
5. Customer Service oriented
6. Hands-on experience with managing clients
7. High interest in the watch industry
8. Interest in digital solutions for retail and sales operations

9. Exceptional organization and attention to details, at ease with multi-tasking
10. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
11. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
12. Problem solving attitude
13. Autonomous - ability to prioritize duties
14. Flexible and proactive team player with great communications skills
Languages
15. Proficiency in English and French is mandatory
16. Other spoken and written languages are an advantage
