We are currently recruiting an International Sports Partnerships Project Leader based in Le Locle.
The successful candidate ensures proper support to the Tissot HQ team as well as the Tissot markets promoting primarily our partnership in Cycling & Multisport events.
Job description
Your responsibilities
1. Independently manage selected global sponsorship partnerships.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
3. Lead and oversee brand activation events worldwide.
4. Coordinate all sponsorship-related operations, including branding and activation.
5. Develop and implement activation strategies in collaboration with key markets and external agencies.
6. Evaluate partnership performance through KPIs and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.
7. Serve as the primary liaison between Tissot HQ and federations/rights holders for on-site operations (e.g., hospitality, accreditation, ticketing, TV coverage, PR activities).
8. Ensure optimal brand visibility and strategic product placement at major events.
9. Supervise on-site operations in collaboration with sponsoring partners and local teams.
10. Maintain daily communication with internal stakeholders and alignment with partners to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
11. Plan, manage, and monitor activation budgets linked to key events.
12. Oversee the marketing and activation activities across international Tissot markets.
13. Coordinate the development and execution of licensing initiatives.
14. Manage and coordinate high-level hospitality programs at global events.
Property focus :
Cycling (Tour de France, Tour de France Women, Vuelta, Tour de Suisse, Tour de Romandie).
Multisport (World Games) and many other relevant events for the international team (non-exhaustive list).

Professional requirements
22. 7+ years experience in sports marketing (Brands and/or Agencies)
23. Strong understanding of event management
24. Business acumen in an international environment
25. Willing to work occasional weekends and evenings
Languages
Fluent in French, English (working languages)
