About the Role
This is a visionary leadership opportunity to spearhead our Regional Marketing Department in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). As Head of Marketing EMEA, you will be responsible for translating global marketing strategy into region-specific activation plans.
You will oversee the seasonal/quarterly/monthly/weekly integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes regional marketing budgets, allocation, CRM and loyalty programs, events, channel marketing, and owned e-commerce.
A key aspect of this role is leading and pivoting social media management, media buying, and search. You will develop and maintain relationships with external business partners, media, and relevant 3rd party agencies.
The successful candidate will have an outstanding track record in visionary and highly effective GTM leadership and people management. They will also possess a proven track record in executing best-in-class marketing campaigns, marketplace activation, and PR and communication strategies.
This role requires strategic vision, deep understanding, and passion for the industry and the lifestyle environment. Excellent leadership, compelling & inspiring communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the voice of the brand in the region, translating global marketing strategy into region-specific activation plans.
* Oversee the seasonal/quarterly/monthly/weekly integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Lead and pivot social media management, media buying, and search.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external business partners, media, and relevant 3rd party agencies.
* Define and manage the annual marketing operational plan, regional brand marketing calendar, ensuring full alignment with the business's overall goals.
Requirements
* 10+ years' leadership experience in business/marketing/management in a role with EMEA focus.
* 8+ years' experience in managing teams within global/regional matrix organizations.
* Experience in brand strategy, marketing management in best-in-class consumer marketing environment.
* Strategic vision and deep understanding and passion for the industry and the lifestyle environment.
* Excellent leadership, compelling & inspiring communication, and interpersonal skills.
